CuriSpark is designed with child safety as our top priority:
- Age Appropriate: All content is vetted for children ages 2-5.
- No In-App Purchases: Completely free with no hidden costs or paywalls.
- No External Links: Children cannot navigate away from the app without parental supervision.
- No Chat or Social Features: No communication with strangers.
- Parental Control: Parents can delete all data at any time through account settings.
- Data Access: Parents can request a copy of all stored data by emailing info@curispark.com.
2. Use of Service
CuriSpark is an educational application designed for children. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the service.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
